1. The Scope of Our Service
We provide expert WordPress maintenance, security, and recovery. We promise to use the best tools in the industry (like WP Umbrella) to monitor and protect your sites. However, WordPress is a massive ecosystem; while we are experts, we cannot be held responsible for issues caused by third-party hosting, bugs in external plugins, or “Zero-Day” exploits before a patch is released.
2. Payments, Projects & Our Fairness Guarantee
We believe in a “Value-First” approach. Because we offer both ongoing care and one-time expert solutions, we have structured our payments to be as clear and fair as possible.
A. Recurring Services (Maintenance & White-Label)
Month-to-Month Flexibility: For our ongoing care and agency partnership plans, billing happens on a monthly cycle. We don’t believe in “long-term traps” or complex contracts. Our goal is to earn your business every single month through exceptional service.
Simple Cancellation: You are in total control. You can cancel any site’s subscription at any time. Once canceled, you won’t be billed for the next cycle—no hidden fees, no “exit penalties.”
B. Project-Based Services (Website Creation, Speed Optimization, & Recovery)
Fixed-Price Clarity: For one-time projects—like building your dream website, performing a deep speed optimization, or recovering an Instagram account—we provide a clear, fixed-price quote upfront. You’ll know exactly what you’re paying for before we write a single line of code.
Milestone Payments: For larger projects (like custom website creation), we typically work with a deposit and milestone-based structure. This ensures we are perfectly aligned with your vision at every stage of the build.
C. Our Refund & "Make-It-Right" Policy
Service Commitments: Since our work involves immediate expert labor and non-refundable costs for premium tools, we generally do not offer refunds once a service month has started or once project work has commenced.
The SiteForza Promise: However, we are reasonable partners, not robots. If you feel that we haven’t met the high standards we promised, talk to us. If the error was on our end, we will move mountains to make it right, whether through a credit, a fix, or a tailored solution.
Special Note (Instagram Recovery): As discussed during your consultation, our Instagram recovery service operates on a specific success-based or partial-refund model. If the account cannot be recovered due to Meta’s final policies, your pre-agreed refund terms will be honored immediately.
3. Special Disclaimer: Instagram Recovery
Instagram recovery is a complex process. Our role is to act as your technical and strategic representatives to Meta.
The Final Say: The ultimate decision rests with Instagram/Meta.

SiteForza works tirelessly to prevent downtime and data loss. However, we are not liable for lost profits, data, or business interruptions. Think of us as your skilled mechanics; we keep the engine running perfectly, but we aren’t responsible for the road conditions.
